At Legacy Stitch Co., we take pride in delivering high-quality, handmade items directly to your door. Please review our shipping policy below to ensure a smooth experience with your order.
Processing Time
Each of our items is handmade with care. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak times or special sales, processing times may be extended to 7-10 business days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on the complexity of the design. You will be notified via email if there are any unexpected delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your package. We currently offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3-8 business days within the U.S.)
- Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days within the U.S.)
Please note that once your package leaves our facility, Legacy Stitch Co. is not responsible for any delays due to carrier issues or customs.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the carrier's tracking system.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Legacy Stitch Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
